Hi! I’m Sarah

How you doin’?

I live in north London with my husband and Jilly the cat – she loves trying to sit on my keyboard, and is often accidentally editing my pictures with her bum.

If it couldn’t BE any more obvious by this picture, I’m a massive Friends fan, I even slipped some wise words from Mr Joey Tribbiani into my wedding day speech. The Office comes a veeery close second though, Angela Martin is my height (and cat obsessive) twin. Save Bandit!

I’m a proud Hufflepuff and love 00’s punk music. In my spare time I’m either garden pottering, collecting funky crystals, wallowing in bath bombs, travelling about or drinking fun flavoured tea. Shaun of the Dead is my absolute favourite film and there’s a special place in my heart for Cornetto Trilogy memes. Aside from taking care of my own beastie, I also cat sit many kitties in my neighbourhood, and I love documenting their many mad personalities on Instagram.

“Sarah is fantastic at blending in as a wedding guest and producing the most beautiful wedding photos. We would recommend her to everyone we know – absolute star!”

How I work

My couples value having a good time, and the last thing they want is a photographer who bosses them about, takes over their wedding day and leaves guests standing about for hours on end. Think of me as a good friend with a camera!

As a documentary photographer, I shoot your wedding exactly as it is. It’s the little lost moments tangled up with the big ones and the odd few hilarious bits that make your wedding story unique and true to you both. I love it when couples tell me how happy they were to see a picture of a moment or a detail they’d forgotten about from the day – that’s exactly what I’m here for.

I shoot in an unobtrusive manner , and many of my couples have complimented me on my ability to blend in with guests, and move about unnoticed.  It’s one of the rare few times being five foot tall comes in handy.

However I don’t just turn up at your wedding, shoot and leave, your wedding is much more than that!

Monica Gellar is my spirit animal, so I’m all about organisation. I work hard to help couples build a realistic timetable for wedding photography. It means less stress, less faffing about, and way more party!

Your wedding is all about having a wonderful time with your favourite people. You don’t care about having all the “things” or formalities – you just want to eat, drink and be merry with your loved ones and large it up with your friends.

Couples sessions are one of my favourite parts of a wedding day, and while I won’t keep you from your guests too long, I will aim to give you laid back and fun images with a little hint of romance, I’m a bit soppy like that. Photos you’ll want to blow up massive on your wall to show off to everyone!

If I sound like your kind of wedding photographer, please drop me a line, I’d love to hear about all you and your big day!

All you need is love?

False. The four basic human necessities are air, water, food, and shelter.
